Refund and Return Policy
All our products are made-to-order specifically for you. Because each item is custom-produced with your chosen design, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on non-defective items.
Quality Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of every product we create. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us at sales@bebuiltdifferent.us within 30 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will review your claim and, if approved, send you a free replacement or issue a full refund—your choice.
What We Cover
- Manufacturing defects
- Printing errors or quality issues
- Damaged items received
- Wrong item or size sent
Order Cancellations
Because production begins immediately after purchase, orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. After that, your item has entered production and cannot be stopped.
European Union Customers
EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law. However, custom-made products created to your specifications are exempt from this right, as they are personalized items that cannot be resold.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to post the refund.
